ThoughtSpot is committed to providing a smooth release experience for our customers while delivering new and updated features through regular releases.

Release types

ThoughtSpot provides the following releases:

Full release

A full release may contain any of the following:

  • New features

  • Enhanced features

  • Bug fixes

Full releases generally take place once a month and include a new version of documentation.

Patch release

A patch release includes bug fixes only and generally takes place once a week on Sunday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM Pacific Time. As the patch is applied, customer clusters are unavailable for 5 to 10 minutes.
